You’ve tried green juice, shadow work, Whole30, and reading your own birth chart, yet you’re still a tangled ball of nerves with a Google Doc full of “ways to feel better.”
Same.

Gut Feelings is a newsletter for the emotionally constipated and spiritually over-caffeinated. It’s for those of us who crave nourishment but roll our eyes at the word cleanse. It’s about ritual without rigidity and finding your way back to yourself, one snack and spiral at a time.

We’ve got three recurring series here—each designed to help you feel more grounded, more curious, and a little less like a floating head on a spinning rock.

1. Emotional First Aid Kit

(Paid Guides)
For when you’re spiraling in the Trader Joe’s parking lot, avoiding your inbox, or inexplicably crying at a Subaru commercial.

These are your emotional first aid kits: part humor, part help. You’ll get grounding practices, oddly specific playlists, printable cheat sheets, and cozy reminders that you’re not broken, just overstimulated.

2. Tiny Crisis Toolkit

(Free series)

Life has a knack for throwing curveballs, be it an unexpected email, a sudden wave of anxiety, or just a day that feels off. The Tiny Crisis Toolkit is your pocket-sized companion for these moments. This a mini version of the Emotional First Aid Kit’s so you can still find your footing, for free!

3. Body of Work

(Free essay series)
Essays on trying to be a person in a world that profits off your dysregulation.

This is where I’ll unpack the deeper stuff: beauty culture, burnout, body image, belonging, ambition, aging, and trying to feel like yourself while holding a million expectations at once.

Personal, tender, and occasionally unhinged.

For Paid Subscribers ($7/mo or $77/year)

  • 1 in-depth Emergency First Aid Kit each month

  • All digital downloads, playlists, and PDFs- It’s a whole damn KIT.

  • Full archive access

  • Bonus content and surprise seasonal drops

  • (Eventually) early access to physical products like a vision board kit, seasonal e-books, and printable guides

If you’re here to feel more grounded, laugh a little and maybe cry with a candle burning, welcome.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Let’s get into it.
